Our Story
Feedback-Us started in May 2019 in Ukraine as feedback-us.com.ua — a simple tool for local businesses to collect honest feedback from their customers through QR codes and short forms.
Over the years we worked closely with our clients, listened to what they actually needed, and built custom features to fit their day-to-day operations. That hands-on experience shaped the product into what it is today.
What you are looking at now is Feedback-Us v2 — rebuilt for a global audience, with new AI features that help businesses understand feedback faster: sentiment detection, automatic summaries, and alerts for the things that need attention right away.
What We Do
We help businesses — from single locations to multi-site operators — set up feedback collection in minutes. Customers scan a QR code, leave a rating and a few words, and the business sees results in a clean dashboard.
