This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Feedback-Us.
1. General Rule
You must use Feedback-Us lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm Feedback-Us, end users,
third parties, or public review ecosystems.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Feedback-Us to collect, submit, store, or distribute content that is:
- unlawful;
- defamatory;
- fraudulent;
- threatening;
- abusive;
- harassing;
- discriminatory;
- hateful;
- sexually exploitative;
- violent or extremist;
- infringing intellectual property rights;
- misleading or deceptive;
- designed to impersonate another person or business.
3. Sensitive Personal Data
You may not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through Feedback-Us unless you have a valid
legal basis and comply with applicable law.
Sensitive data may include:
- health data;
- religious beliefs;
- political opinions;
- trade union membership;
- racial or ethnic origin;
- biometric data;
- genetic data;
- sexual orientation;
- criminal offense data.
4. Review Manipulation
You may not use Feedback-Us to manipulate reviews or ratings.
Prohibited practices include:
- creating fake reviews;
- pressuring users to leave only positive reviews;
- hiding negative feedback in a misleading or unlawful way;
- offering unlawful incentives for reviews;
- submitting reviews on behalf of customers without permission;
- violating third-party platform rules.
5. External Platforms
If you invite users to share feedback on Google or another public platform, you are responsible for
complying with that platform's rules.
Feedback-Us does not guarantee review publication, visibility, ranking changes, or rating improvements.
6. Spam and Unwanted Contact
You may not use Feedback-Us to send spam or unwanted communications.
If email notifications are enabled, you must ensure you have the right to contact recipients.
7. Security Abuse
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass security controls;
- interfere with service operation;
- overload the platform;
- scrape or harvest data;
- test vulnerabilities without written permission;
- reverse engineer the service;
- upload malware;
- abuse APIs or automation.
8. AI Abuse
You may not use AI features to:
- generate unlawful content;
- harass or deceive individuals;
- make fully automated high-impact decisions about individuals without proper legal basis;
- replace required human review where legally or ethically necessary.
9. End User Transparency
Business customers must not mislead end users about:
- who receives their feedback;
- whether feedback is private or public;
- whether feedback may be analyzed by AI;
- whether feedback may be sent to external platforms;
- how optional email addresses may be used.
10. Enforcement
If we believe this AUP has been violated, we may:
- suspend access;
- remove or disable content;
- limit features;
- terminate accounts;
- preserve evidence;
- notify affected parties;
- cooperate with legal authorities where required.
